Questions, answered

Is it really one payment?

Yes. $19 per permanent code, or $49 for ten. Keeping a code working never requires a subscription.

What's the difference between static and permanent?

Static codes hold your link directly and can't be changed. Permanent codes go through our short link, which you can edit whenever you like.

What does the 10-year commitment cover?

We aim to keep every paid code redirecting for at least 10 years from purchase. If a code is unavailable for more than 7 days in a row for reasons within our control, you can get a refund of what you paid for it. Full details are in the Terms.

What if TenureQR shuts down?

We'll make reasonable efforts to email you in advance and send an export of your links so you can move them. See the Terms.

Do you track people who scan?

We record the scan time, a coarse device type and the referring site. No IP addresses or cookies. See Privacy.

Should I test before printing?

Always. Scan your code with a couple of phones before you print anything in quantity.

Can I use my own domain?

Not yet. Custom domains are coming soon.
