Refund Policy

Changed your mind? Email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount you paid, whether or not you have created or printed any codes yet. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

Write to support@tenureqr.com from the email address you log in with, and include the date of the purchase or your PayPal transaction ID. We aim to reply within two business days.

What happens next

• We send the refund back to the PayPal account or card you paid with. PayPal usually shows it within a few days, though your bank may take longer.
• Codes bought with the refunded purchase stop redirecting, and any unused credits from it are removed from your account.
• For a 10-pack, the refund covers the whole pack.

After 14 days

Purchases are final after 14 days. The only exception is the refund described in section 1 of our Terms if a paid code is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days for reasons within our control. That refund of the price paid for the affected code is the sole remedy for that situation.

Where the law requires more

If the law where you live gives you refund rights that cannot be waived, those rights still apply.
